In Business Manager you can assign another person or agency to work on your Facebook Ad Account.

You should have already registered an account with Business Manager and claimed your ad account

Go to Business Settings

Go to Business Settings
  1. Go to Business Manager and click Business Settings.
  2. Click Tools
  3. Select Business Manager Settings

 

Select the Pages Menu

Select Your Ad Account and Assign Partner

Select Your Ad Account and Assign Partner

3.  Select the Ad Account you want to assign the partner to work on

4. Click the Assign Partner button

Paste Partner ID

Paste Partner ID

Click ‘Connect your ad account using your partner’s business ID”

Select Admin

1. Select a role

2. Choose account admin

Assign Roles

Assign Roles

Paste your Partner’s Account ID.  

5. Ours is 696925357061608 for you want to copy and paste

6. Click Connect

The agency is now authorised to do ads for you.

If you haven’t already, you should do the same process for adding the agency to your page.
